Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Service

Content Manager is a desktop application that helps users organize local media and, where supported, publish content to social media accounts connected and authorized by the user.

2. User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish, the accounts you connect, and your compliance with the terms and policies of each platform you use. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload or publish.

3. Third-party services

Content Manager may interact with third-party services through their official APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability. Content Manager is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.

4. Account authorization

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Content Manager only to the permissions you approve through the relevant authorization flow. You may revoke access through the third-party service where that service provides such a function.

5. Availability

Third-party APIs and platform features can change or become unavailable. Content Manager does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or successful publication when a third-party service rejects or limits a request.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Content Manager to violate applicable law, third-party platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other applicable policies.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or its integrations change. The date above identifies the current version published on this site.
